Body-In-White (BIW) Automotive Components

Body in White Component Assemblies are deceptively tricky to put together right. Complicated GD&T datum schemes ensure that inferior quality tooling will not do a good enough job to hold the components together. The use of poor quality tooling to hold these datums properly leads to increased rework and scrap costs as the OEMs drill down on their white body accuracy assessments over the lifecycle of a vehicle program. The best way to counter these concerns is to buy great quality tooling and processing equipment up front to assemble these components properly. Stryver has the expertise and experience necessary to make sure your BIW assembly is put together properly, with robust equipment built with standard NAAMS shims for adjustability on all of the components needed to tune the tooling into place.
